Directly for Amazon
It is unusual for Amazon to hire directly. Unless you are coming in as a supervisor or higher expect very hard physical work. A very ridged work environment and lot’s of stress. I live very close to one of their fulfillment centers that has been in the area for many years. Let’s just say that the neighborhood has a great deal of former Amazon employees.
If you are over 50 years old don’t expect to do it long term.
