I know people who work for them throughout the USA and they all said you have to work hard, pay is not bad. Just have good work ethics and be prepared to work overtime, especially during the holiday season.
It’s also my understanding they have good benefits for those who stay around. Considering that most millennials won’t/don’t, you could move up pretty fast.
