I checked the link & the news artical has this gem in it: assistant Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo and Linea Palmisano, who represents the 13th Ward on the City Council.
Who the he!! are these people???? Is this city a third world sheet hole????

Council Member Palmisano is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (Bachelor of Science), the University of Minnesota (MBA – Strategy and Entrepreneurship), and St. Thomas (Certificate program for Non-Profit Leadership).
Arradondo joined the Minneapolis Police Department in 1989 as a patrol officer in the 3rd Precinct. Arradondo earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Metropolitan State University and his master’s degree in human services from Concordia University. He is a graduate of the Senior Management Institute for Police in Boston and the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Arradondo is also a proud graduate of Minneapolis Roosevelt High School.
I’m retired USAF. I served proudly with lots of guys with vowels ending their last name.
They were all great Americans.
