Romanians are civilized, unlike the majority of Muslim immigrants. And a large portion of Hispanic immigrants.
I don’t believe the claim they are defecating in the streets.
As everyone else is saying, I'd bet dollars to donuts that these are Gypsies and not ethnic Romanians.
And you're absolutely right about most Third World immigrants being perfectly happy to wallow in their own filth - whether it's Gypsies or Somalis relieving themselves in the street or Mexicans throwing their kids' soiled pampers into their yards, even when offered basic sanitation in America or Europe.
