Who has it worse?

A) The guy who has to clean up the hagfish slime on the highway in Oregon...

B) The guy who gets to hose off he pavement in front of the King County Courthouse in Washington?

(Helpful hint! Perhaps the guy in Oregon could expedite cleanup by enlisting the aid of several dozen hungry Koreans.....?)
