Did you forget Brown vs. Education probably the most important case in history. It allowed blacks to go to school. What is wrong with that????? Please don’t tell me you were against blacks going to school.....that is not what conservatives are for.
In the 1990s I was in charge of building out schools that were the last completion of the Brown decision in Topeka, so, no, I don’t have any trouble remembering Brown. As the projects finished, I made the presentation outlining the completion and received a televised standing ovation from the Topeka School Board.
I was agreeing with your earlier comment but with a round-about reservation. Justice Marshall, on the court and earlier, was an activist legal mind and a liberal. But I granted that he was a liberal I could respect compared to the communists that Obama and Clinton have championed.
