Sorry but that last one is easy. Mo ham head is surely in hell. He may be sitting at the right hand of Satan but I don’t think that’s how Hell works. Pretty sure everyone is equally miserable / punished. I don’t think Satan slacks off on his duties just because you did a lot for him on earth. I bet those who do his work here on earth are actually the most tormented in hell.
