It is completely 100% not a browser, OS, or platform issue.

It can only be one of two things:

1.) Free Republic servers

2.) ISP/Internet infrastructure issue that affects only FR servers.

I was going to post the troubleshooting I did, but cannot even see any pings earlier than today, and not even fully there.
