You just don’t understand. This is a legal drug and illegal sales, coupled with legal sales, will drive drug use down to almost nothing, in short order.
An increase in supply of anything makes demand and use plummet to zero.

I look forward to cutting off federal funds for anything related to helping anyone doing drugs. At that point, we could then get a clearer picture of the burdens on the state versus the benefits of those drugs to that state.
And that state would own it all.
Why are dealers doing deals in bathrooms if pot is legal? Is the state charging so much in taxes as to make it profitable for the illegal dealers to stay in business? If so, Colorado is losing out on tax money, and it’s their fault....
Public Libraries were great places when I was a kid. They still were when I was a young adult.
Once the internet hit and schools decided that reading skills weren’t all that, they became shelters with free internet that happened to have books in them. Some people even use them as playgrounds and day-cares for their kids because theirs always a responsible public servoce around to call the cops.
Free internet, vagrancy, abandonment—and now drug-dealing—have destroyed and made a mockery of the purpose of libraries.
Through public assistance to the very users who buy it in the first place.
It’s money laundering.
Then there’s the drug tourism.
All part of keeping the rat’s in power in the big urbans.

Yup, just like their previously-outcast homo brethren, the weedwankers started out wanting just a limited amount of room to maneuver, but once achieved, they wanted the whole enchilada. It was always the Gay Ole Pothead establishment's (GOPe's) plan.
