Captain John Graves Simcoe in the AMC series "Turn" has to be one of the most fearsome and effective villains I have ever seen:

I think it is a seriously underrated and underwetched series. Nobody seems to know about it.

I just started watching it, just the first 10 minutes or so, but it looks good. I’ve got a few going at once:

All are good, but I’m almost finished with “Dexter”. I’ve watched a bunch of Amazon originals and others that are available through them. “Bosch” is
excellent, as is “The Americans”.
