We sure do. I advocate prevention in the form of good health and nutrition habits --the younger you start the better. Not everyone agrees. Some would prefer eating sugary and/or greasy stuff, smoking and drinking too much to staying healthy. And they hate you if you try to explain the risks. Oh well.
I don't know what I would do if I turned up with some form of cancer. Probably go whole-hog into conventional medical treatment.
I agree with preventation, but as you know, that is no guarantee.
Like I said, if someone wants to choose a non-traditional path, that would be their choice.
I work in health care, and I understand the risks and benefits as I see them. I think people can see it differently.
What I don’t appreciate is people who knock health care and demonize it as greedy people looking to suck patients dry of their money while feeding them unproven snake oil in return.
That gets me pretty hot.
