Check out Ivanka's figure in a white dress she wore to a Golden Globes event in 2007, long before the WH. There are multiple photos available. Not only had she gotten an extreme boob job, but she thought better of it later and had them redone. The women who get boob jobs often end up getting two-- As s teen she had a very strong nose, there are many pictures of the young, very pretty Ivanka with what I'd call a "strong" nose--one photo is on the cover of 17 magazine. Now it's just a button of its former self. Ivanka is of a eastern European extraction--glamorous mother Ivana--where the women are highly styled with heavy makeup and body-conscious clothing.

You think I'm criticizing her? She's in a show biz family, was a model, and very pressured to look a certain way. I don't think she's had one nose job--I think she has had two or three.

Y'know what? I don't see why you care, why it's important that you have to believe every feature Ivanka has is dictated by DNA and not artifice. As for faces changing over time--noses never get smaller. As the baby fat shrinks, the nose only seems to get bigger. And if you have some emotional stake in Ivanka not having implants--well, we'll just agree to disagree.
