Gold is the only metal that doesn't rustYou can get lead to oxidize, but you have to heat it to over 1000 Degrees F. Just burying it in the ground won't cause oxidation, unless there is a volcano nearby.
Platinum won't oxidize at any temperature.
Most other metals will oxidize under the right conditions (I don't think Palladium does, but I'd have to look that up), but only iron rusts.
