Logan act is unenforceable. Rodman, Jimma Carter, etc. Not enforced then, not now, kinda like a path to the beach in one’s yard, then, one puts up a fence to stop it after 20 yrs of it being used by the public...no standing.

I would tend to agree with you.
However, if Trump were to conduct himself the same as Obama, we would likely “rediscover” the power of this Logan Act at light speed, and invent vast new penalties for its violation.
I agree that the Logan act has often not been enforced, yet those facts do not define how, or that, it is unenforceable.
Isn’t it only that Presidents have CHOSEN to not pursue enforcement, and not that they were restricted by law from doing so.
