Do these policies cover civil liability? Or just legal fees?

CCW Safe, as example, for $179 annually, is described as "Annual Single Membership (Coverage For Bonds Up To $1 Million). Annual membership for concealed carriers. Covers administrative, criminal and civil actions stemming from a self defense use of force. Must have a concealed carry permit, and permit must remain valid. If you do not have a permit, but are in the process of obtaining a permit, provisional terms apply, please see below. This is the single membership with enhanced bond protection, covering bonds up to $1 million.

The comparable NRA Carry plan, for $359 annually, is described as "NRA Carry Guard™ Personal Firearms Liability Insurance Including Self-Defense Insurance $1,000,000—Bodily Injury & Property Damage Combined Single Aggregate Limit $150,000**—Criminal Defense, Settlement, Supplementary Payments (20% available up front and 80% available on a reimbursement basis)"

These are not really apples-to-applies. NRA covers spouse, etc.
