Olivia de Havilland has a real-life feud brewing with FX and Ryan Murphy.
Gone With the Wind actress de Havilland has filed a lawsuit against the cable outlet and Feud producer Ryan Murphy, alleging that her identity was used without her authorization in the FX miniseries, according to court papers obtained by TheWrap.
The suit, filed against FX Networks and Ryan Murphy Productions in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, also alleges that the 100-year-old actress, who was portrayed by Catherine Zeta-Jones in the miniseries, was placed in a false light.
In a press release issued Friday, de Havillands lawyers said, FX and its partners appropriated Miss de Havillands name and identity and placed her in a false light to sensationalize the series and to promote their own businesses, including the FX network and brand, ignoring Miss de Havillands interests entirely.

The Mosquito was awesome.
You go, girl!
Keep at ‘em.
Beautiful.
I saw the miniseries. They were quite respectful of her with CZJ’s portrayal.
Ryan Murphy — he has been pushing the gay agenda for years in his TV shows. Overtly and subliminally. So nice to see him get sued.
I was surprised too when I found out she was alive a number of years ago when she was approaching 100. She doesn’t do many public appearances anymore and lives in France. I think wiki has a photo of her with President George W Bush and Laura at some affair. I know there was a thread when she turned 100 last year. She turns 191 today.
