Yep. No metric and no damned Torx. Just a good set of Craftsman combination wrenches, a set of 1/2 drive sockets, ratchet and breaker bar, vise-grips, two or three sizes each of standard and Phillips screwdrivers - and a can of WD-40. Didn't need much else. Oh yeah - ignition file and feeler gauges.
Man, those were the days.
A Craig PowerPlay 8 track, Jensen Triax speakers in the back, the 5 inch rounds in the door panels, and Ronnie Montrose cranked to 10 with the windows down!!
Now stab it and steer!

Don’t forget a timing light and a dwell meter. I still have mine in the garage toolbox, no idea if they still work.
