I tried shark once, it wasn’t that good. I like seafood, but this was a little too fatty.
Shark meat is dry.
Thresher shark is pretty good; reminded my a little bit of swordfish, but a little fattier.
See post #7. SanchoP is right. Juvenile Blacktip is my favorite but I prepare it and cook it myself. Never have tried shark in a restaurant. I think you would like mine, ALOT!
