I recall that, at the time, all of Obama's Secretaries were mouthing the exact same mantra - 'Our 2nd Amendment is allowing Mexican Cartels to get weapons from the USA'.

It was obvious that it was a juvenile attempt to blame the 2nd Amendment when actually Obama's administration was responsible for the flow.
