You’re wrong. When they first came out on of the jurors specifically said the holdouts were not the two black jurors.

If some of the jurors aren't convinced of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt should they be trashed by the other jurors, pressured by the judge, ridiculed in the press or threatened by anyone?
If the holdouts were doing it for race or some reason other than honest judgment and doubt that would be wrong.
But if it is their honest judgement that they do not believe the accused to be guilty so be it.
This means the odds are in favor the conviction for Counts 1 and 3 in the next trial. The prosecutor convinced 10 of the 12 jurors this time around, so his argument was generally convincing.
