Is that really true? That child molesters or child murderers are given an extra hard time in prison, because their crime was too horrible even for your average thug?
Or is that more a myth borne of our wishful thinking for poetic justice? I’ve wondered about that. I have never been incarcerated, so I don’t know.

According to a friend of mine who did prison time for gang activity (he got saved in prison and now helps in prison ministry) - yes its true. There are a lot of ‘normal average thugs’ who wish they could see their kids or be there for them.
