Same thing here. I think its when Windows updates and reloads that horrible nightmare called Shockwave. On my computer it seems to make everything not load properly.
I’m using a Chromebook so I’m not sure if that’s it. It was happening before I did an update this morning.

WINDOWS updated and disabled my AVAST Secureline. It is may the source of the problem.
