The main thing I stay away from; having fried foods with sugary drinks. For oil, I use olive oil. Butter not margarine. I also try to eat few starchy carbs (bread, pasta, potato’s, rice).
Outside that, it’s fruit, nuts, veggies, and meat - any meat. That and stay active, power walking is great with some light strength exercises.
So nothing wrong with eggs. Same for coffee :)
That’s a pretty solid diet. You’re right about sugary drinks too, liquid calories are a huge problem for a lot of people.
