How Are Votes Counted?
For democrats it is finding “missing” ballots in a northern Minnesota town. You end up with Al Franken.
Or 2 million extra votes in 1 county aka Los Angeles from illegals or just stuffing ballots.
Yes finding “missing ballots” can definitely change an election, but it’s absolutely impossible for a foreign government to “hack” an election. How would you do that? You would have to hack each precinct which would be impossible as a lot of them have paper ballots. If you hacked at the state count, it would be detected as the precinct and county count would not add up to the state count. But like you said, if fake ballots were created and added to the precincts then it would be virtually undetectable unless someone blew the whistle. Do we have Russians in this country working 100,000 voting machines? That isn’t “hacking” though the way the Rats and RINOs are suggesting. They are suggesting Trump colluded with the Russians to hack the election. How? How can they get access to 100,000 voting machines?
