Really? I didn't know that.Was this testimony from the State's Medical Examiner...a licensed physician specializing in Forensic Pathology? If so it's surprising that the case was even prosecuted...unless the DA was a total Marxist or was under enormous political pressure (like with Saint Trayvon).

So? How is that relevant to whether the shooting was justified? I’m not second guessing the jury either way, just asking why you think it was? The decision was based on actions. Basically the jury decided the cop legitimately feared for his life. Or at least there was a reasonable doubt that he had reason to fear.
