Rosenstein had nothing nada to base a Special Counsel to investigate. It was inexplicable for this guy to do what he did. A few days earlier, it was reported Rosenstein said just that, he had no basis to appoint a SC. The question is why did he changed his mind? Someone or something got to him.

I’m very upset about Jeff Sessions giving up control of the DOJ to the leftist Democrats. He’s a good man but has made a very bad decision and created a mess that needs to be fixed now.

1) UNRECUSE himself
2) FIRE Mueller and Rosenstein
3) BEGIN more special counsels on Hillary, Holder, Lynch, and Comey - then he should resign.
WE need someone who won’t give up control of the DOJ to the leftist lunatics. WE need a PITBULL as the US Attorney General.
If Sessions can’t do the job - then President Trump should nominate JAY SEKULOW for Attorney General of the United States.

It would be pretty gutless of Rosenstein to say this about his boss, the President, I would imagine that you would want to say that face to face, or at least that is would be something I would do, but not all people face off people like I do...so there's that...
Knowingly, Sessions would recuse himself if he became the AG. He did not inform Trump so that he could ensure to keep his nomination in place.
Exhibit-A for me is that of ALL the stuff he could be working on, Sessions’ latest official action has been to threaten the Commonwealth of PA over the recent legalization of medical pot. “How many” states already have it with flying colors, but rather than investigate and prosecute security leakers, or the Clinton Crime Family Pay to Play Slushfund; HE pursues what I consider “busy work” nitpicking medical pot technicalities in Pennsyltucky. Trying to APPEAR busy.

I think he could have said, “We have done nothing wrong and as the Attorney General of the United States I am not recusing myself of anything.” Period. End of story. Go pound sand if you don’t like it.

The “only” reason he’s putting out this statement to not trust anonymous sources is because “all” of the leaks are coming from HIS PEOPLE. Apparently....he can’t even keep his own staff from leaking.
Funny how the MSM paints President Trump as not being able to control leaks but it’s quite acceptable for Meuller and Rosenstein to not be able to stop their leaks.

Mueller can’t recuse himself. He has only one task. A recusal would be the same as a resignation.
That was all a part of Jim and Bob’s plan. Anyone who thinks RR is trustworthy doesn’t see what is happening.
