Comey testified last Thursday that he felt “queasy” after Lynch asked him to characterize his probe into Clinton’s emails as a “matter,” rather than an investigation. He told the Senate Intelligence Committee that such a request would match the wording of Clinton’s campaign.

Why is Lynch’s supposed conduct NOT obstruction of justice which Mr. Boy Scout acted on in absolving Hildegarde of criminality while Trump’s (IF he said them, we have only a past lying FBI director and a purported “memo” he won’t hand over to Congress) request that he “go easy” on Flynn (IF he said it) is Obstruction?
