EXCEPT, Hillary was supposed to be President and the Dems have majorities in both Houses so they could step in and “save the day”, with the “ONLY” possible solution: “single-payer”.
The Pubs should do what President Trump said he would do as soon as he was inaugurated, namely NOT deal with obamacare until late 2017 or early 2018, which at that time, and which I still do, believe was a brilliant strategy because obamacare would be so imploded by it’s own death spiral, that people would be demanding that obamacare be repealed and replaced.
Too bad Paul Ryan nearly scuttled Trump’s original plan.
