I hope the DOJ swooped in on his office, but do we know for a fact they did?
Of course, nobody is going to go public and say so. But I think that is one of the reasons Comey has postponed his testifying several times. He’s trying to get a straight story together, knowing that DOJ has ALL his files, etc., legit ones and unscrupulous alike.
