I think it was metioned but “value proposition” is one that is like an itchy sweater to me.

How about “business partner” in reference to customers and especially vendors? Very well known to backfire.

When I worked in an office, that was the phrase I hated the most. “At the end of the day.” Hated it, maybe because of who was overusing it.

Many of these phrases were originally clever. Taken from sports, etc. meant to convey something clearer, and it often works.

The worst problem is that they get overused by usually low imagination boring bosses.
