Nuclear power is a threat to mankind and all other life on Earth. Fukushima is still dumping waste water into the Pacific Ocean, part of the containment vessel was found in Europe. Nuclear power must either move to a safer less polluting method, or be put out to pasture.

As of April 2017, 30 countries worldwide are operating 449 nuclear reactors for electricity generation and 60 new nuclear plants are under construction in 15 countries. Nuclear power plants provided 11 percent of the world's electricity production in 2014.It looks like there have been 5 major events since day one of nuclear power production with about three critical events that were ultimately contained and stablized.
