If this is true it’s merely a legal maneuver to get around government overreach.
I actually have to pull such a move so that the state doesn’t strip my spouse of her disability benefits (which she is supposed to get for life) when we get hitched because I’d have to be an oil baron to replace the lost value. Especially when - not if - she needs a major procedure.
