What if they take out the toilets and only have urinals?
Well the only thing someone like that could do would be to insert a catheter with a long plastic hose with a cork in the end.
My poor Father had complications after treatment for prostate cancer years ago. For many years he had to self-catheterize himself. Then his doctor suggested a procedure from putting a catheter in under his stomach into his bladder. He invented a valve for the thing and was able to live very comfortably like that till he passed away a 93 last December. So I know how this works first hand.
