Overlooked in all of this is the fact that Weiner’s “deal” was likely approved when James Comey was running the FBI and Loretta Lynch was the attorney general. Weiner’s jail time will be only a fraction of what he deserved, as an admitted sex offender.
As for Huma, she gets to keep breathing, though it’s very clear she has a “special” relationship with Hillary and would be the last person to be thrown under the bus. Then again, Huma has been around long enough to know its always about the Clintons and there’s no one (outside Bill, Hillary and Chelsea) who wouldn’t be sacrificed to protect the family.
