Wow what a load of horse crap. Anything that’s less sugar is better for you.

It is much lower in fat, and has more overall carbs than regular ice cream. So if you are into atkins/paleo this ice cream is worse. Regardless of your favorite diet, because it is low fat, it will be less satiating, people will tend to eat more, and end up with even more carbs and sugar.
