Well the Celts were said to have originated or at least once been natives of Galatia in Turkey.
We do know that Ramses the Great had red wavy hair.
From what I understand the Celts originated in Central Europe then spread from their core area. A group of Celts penetrated into Anatolia from Thrace and the area they settled in became Galatia.
