I see no evidence at this anti-birther blog link that the Government of Kenya has endorsed Barry’s Coast Province BC in May 2017 that was obtained by Lucas Smith and no ID of the man holding it in front of a construction project sign. I welcome any correction of my impressions, as I have ME/CFS and do get confused from time to time!
