Block the line of sight. Problem solved without you getting yourself hauled to jail. Since you know exactly where the camera is, you only need to block that specific angle.

Sometimes, you’ve got to point things at neighbor’s houses.
We have a very inconsiderate neighbor who has a Great Pyrenees that she lets stay out roaming the neighborhood 24/7/365. It barks at anything that moves, and sometime things that don’t. When a deer or a brisk breeze comes by at 3:00 am, it starts up. The woman won’t shut the damn thing up, and I’ve gone over there several times in the middle of the night to ask her to intervene with no luck. She’s an inconsiderate POS.
So along comes my son who is a Purdue graduate with a degree in astronautical engineering. He designed a sound cannon that sends 200 watts of ultra high frequency sound toward her yard. The cannon is mounted in a tree on my property boundary, and we activate it through our Z-Wave home automation system every time the dog starts barking. So far, it shuts it up every time. In fact, it runs for cover when the system goes off.
I’m actually looking forward to the time she discovers the cannon pointing toward her house.
My husband and I had a neighbor that did this to us. One night we made out passionately in front of the window (easy to do with my man) and when we were done we hung a sign in the window that said “next show 11:30” and pulled down the shade. Camera got moved that night.
The goat was taken to a relative who had a few goats with the promise not to send it to market.

Are you sure it’s a camera system and not just a security lamp?I have two units with two lamps each that have the ability to activate when the sun go’s down and vice versa.
They also have a red L.E.D. That indicates the system is active.
Get a chimp & train him to watch the neighbor's window for a red Led. When the monkey sees a red Led, train him to throw fresh poooo in the direction of the Led.
