Saban is no doubt one of the greatest college football coaches of all time. Alabama football is probably the biggest money generator in the state, so I guess he earns it. He does come across as an arrogant jerk on TV though, although I’ve heard he is very friendly, persuasive and honest in his recruiting visits.
Have you ever listened to the inane questions that reporters ask him? I don’t think it is arrogance, but annoyance.
