I will say this - Mexican cheese is far superior to American cheese on tacos. I always use the Mexican cheese (the white cheese that crumbles). Also their taco sauce is much better.
I used to get big bottles of very cheap Mexican hot sauce at Smith's in ABQ. Excellent on tacos. It disappeared from their shelves and through extensive web searches I finally found the company had been denied the license to export to the U.S. for some manufacturing quality issue. I tend to believe they didn't pay the proper vig or else they would have solved the issue and gotten re-approved by now.
Sriracha does it for me these days. Great stuff!
