Hannity isn't a "scalp" at this point. He'll show up somewhere else and eventually end up stronger.

If he leaves, it'll be because he wants to.

OAN and some of these new outlets are going to become extremely popular, IMHO, hire some big names, and start competing with the "big boys"...
