Queen Elizabeth described the terror attack that left 22 people dead in Manchester as very wicked during a visit to Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital, according to the UK Press Association.
The monarch was in Manchester Thursday to speak to some of the young people who were injured in Mondays attack, as well as the hospital staff who have been treating them.
The Queen talked to a number of parents and their children during her visit, even discussing singer Ariana Grande, whose concert they had been attending.

The Queen wished Millie well and described the attack as very alarming.
Its not something you expect at all, the Queen told Millies father David, who was waiting at the exit of the arena when the explosion took place.
The Queen also spoke to members of staff including doctors and nurses who had been treating the injured and thanked them for their work

Her kindness towards the people of Great Britain stretches back to the Battle of Britain during WWII. That counts for something in my book.
Quite so old boy but the Queen needs to step aside and let a younger generation take the reins.
She’s a tower of strength. If she dethrones (is that a word?) her son takes over. She is from a different generation - she will always be calm and refrained in her speech and you won’t find her lighting candles and hugging Teddy Bears. I’m a real fan of this woman.

I tear up just thinking of this 90-year-old woman with such a heart for her country. It’s going to stink badly when she goes.
