If someone can receive a “lifetime achievement” award at an early age and for doing essentially nothing, does that indicate that the giving party sees no future for the recipient?

Her lifetime achievement award was because of 2 reasons - 1) She wasn't aborted and 2) She wasn't murdered by her criminal parents, like other friends of her family...:-)
