The police report, reports Rich as the decendent. after the fact , and
after certain 'unusual incident', reported by an attending physician, occurred at the hospital where Rich was being treated,
whereby the usual circumstances found at the emergency room of the hospital was over-ridden by Maryland Police Dept.
Time of death would have been prior to 7:10 AM, if the police report, as constructed, is true.

Great post! Supposedly, after the maintenance surgery was done on Rich,with more to follow in the morning--in normal cases--at some time a few hours later a massive police presence descended on the hospital.

For the next few hours I don't know exactly how long, no one was allowed near Rich,even hospital personnel tasked to give normal care to any patient were not allowed.

At some point he was pronounced.

This I term the second murder.
