I find the very first line in this article alarming.

Wow 1/4 of the entire force?
When will that happen here in the good old USA? We are only talking 13 years from now. Do you remember what you were doing 13 years ago? It was not that long ago.

Watched the video -- definitely
NOT impressed. All it seemed to be programmed to do is nod its head and salute, two useless gestures that took about 5 full seconds to complete. Not exactly lightning-fast crime-fighting, in my estimation.
Kinda looks like Republicans responding to outrageous leftist allegations: slow, inappropriate and ineffectual.
Oh, and it seems to be controlled with a tablet-like interface screen located on the chest. That would make a pretty good target, I'd guess...
