Salman won’t be around much longer. And I think the younger generation understands how precarious SA’s position is. Their economy is far too dependent upon one commodity. And now with fracking and the discoveries of huge new reserves around the world, the time of “peak oil” is gone for good.
That and the Wahabbists they’ve cultivated are dangerously close to turning on them; at least that’s how it looks from my seat over here.
