We here in California have seen an influx of homeless millennials since pot was legalized here too. A two mile stretch along the Santa Ana River in Anaheim by Angels Stadium has turned into a homeless camp the last two months. There are over 2,000 stoned out millennials there now in boxes and tents. The often harass and aggressively panhandle the bicyclist on the bike trail along river too.
That Katella homeless camp includes plenty of the “non-violent” criminals that Jerry Brown has let out of prison.
