I’ve thought for a while that the sex robot will be the only thing to keep China stable, given the male demographic imbalances caused by many years of the one child policy combined with cultural desires and demands for a male heir.
China will be fine. As always, the wealthy will get the prettiest women, the rest with well-paying jobs will get the rest. The male poor will be the ones without women, and they will either be exported to defend China's investments in Africa (and in the process take African women) or the troublesome Muslim population in China's west will have their men exterminated and their women redistributed.
