So, if you remind Trump to keep his promises, you’ve turned on him?
She is running a daily reminder. Miles of fence completed to date: zero. He made a lot of promises but the ones that really count were to get rid of Obamacare and build the wall.
But he is up against tremendous opposition from within his own party, who keep finding ways to weasel on those very points. So we have Paul Ryan trying to pull a sleight of hand to replace government health care with government health care. And budgeting no money for the wall.
If Trump lets Ryan run things, there won’t be any wall and government will still own health care. So Ann is pressing him on those points. She isn’t wrong to keep pressing him.
Trump said my head would spin. I would love to spin my head around at this point.
The article is saying she's worried, NOT jumping ship.
My personal take has always been that as conservatives we're not going to get everything we want with Trump, we'll just get a whole lot more than from anyone else.
Right now I see the trajectory as more than I had hoped for, but like Ann, there's always room to worry (wrong word) be concerned.
Ann is the screaming, nagging wife not the calm, reasonable wife who gets her husband to do the right thing. Who could listen to Ann when she gets worked up? I have to turn her off Mark Simone these days because she’s literally screaming.
