Even secular law has a principle known as "competing harms" or "legal necessity" by which it is affirmed that a person may justifiably break, for instance, a trespassing law to save a life. Not only a human life, but even the life of a valuable dog or horse, or even a valuable piece of property like an art object or a winning lottery ticket.
Therefore you wouldn't even have to prove that the unborn baby is a human life. It should be legally sufficient to prove that the unborn was as valuable as a dog.
